Mr. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi (Director)

Mr. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi, is Chairman of the AKD group and a well-known Businessman he has been a member of Karachi stock exchange for over 3 decades. He has been awarded honorary PhD degrees by Biztek Institute of Higher Education and the Indus Institute of Higher Education. He is Philanthropist involved in large number of social activities including health services, women empowerment and community based assistance.

Syed Zaigham Mahmood Rizvi (Chairman/Director)

Syed Zaigham Mahmood Rizvi is a renowned finance professional. His experience in financial sector spreads over 38 years in Development Banking and Housing Finance in Pakistan, and Middle East. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, USA - 1977, in addition to Masters in Economics and Engineering. In his astonishing career, he served as Chairman of House Building Finance Corporation, Managing Director of Pak-Kuwait Investment Company and Pak-Libya Holding Company. He also held the position of Senior Executive Vice president of Saudi-Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company and Head of Project Department of Oman Development bank, Oman.

Mr. Anwer Ahmed Sheikh (CEO)

Mr. Anwer A. Sheikh is heading the company as Chief Executive Officer and he is supported by a competent team of professionals. Mr. Sheikh has over 20 years of strategic expertise in Financial Consulting and Corporate Finance and has held senior positions in his career. He has to his credit several of Pakistan’s corporate history’s first transactions including Merger of Modarabas, Acquisition of Staple Fibre Plant, and the Largest TFC offer and lease receivable securitization through Pakistan’s First Special Purpose Vehicle.

He had served as the Director of Corporate Finance at Deloitte & Touche Pakistan and had been involved in various advisory engagements including but not limited to Privatization, Merger & Acquisition ADB Technical Assistance Programs for Pension and Provident Fund Reforms and for Custom Tariff Reforms.

He had served as Directors at Boards of various private and listed Companies. He is a graduate of the University of Karachi and obtained his Masters in Business Administration from The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) –Karachi.

Mr. Ahmed Chinoy (Director)

Mr. Ahmed Chinoy, the directors of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd. Mr. Ahmed received his degree of Cost and Management Accountancy (C&MA) from ICMAP, having a dynamic and versatile career of more than 25 years in diverse fields, which includes Chief of Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) at Sindh Governor House; he has also served as Justice of Peace and First Class Magistrate (HON) for the province of Sindh. Furthermore, He is also the member of the Business Development Group, responsible for the betterment of PAK-US relations.
Aside from these achievements Mr. Ahmed Chinoy has been the proud recipient of the Presidential Award of Sitara-e-Imtiaz (S.I.) awarded on 23rd March, 2007 and Hilal-e-Imtiaz (H.I.) awarded on 14th August 2012

Mr. Mansur Hussain Qazi (Director)

Mr. Mansur Qazi, the Director of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd, Mr. Qazi has experience of more than 20 years in logistics, currently he is serving as Chief Executive Officer in E2E Logistics Ltd, he held various position including CEO in DLI logistic Limited and served as Director Logistics in Agility Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. Beside these in his career he has also been a part of TCS (Pvt.) Ltd, UDL Distribution (Pvt.) Ltd. He is MBA in Marketing, Master Degree in English Literature and Political sciences.

Mr. Muhammad Yasin (Director)

Mr. Muhammad Yasin, the Director of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd, having the overall professional experience of over 23 years in construction and financial services, in his career he holds the position of director in AKD Capital Limited and Creek Developers (Pvt.) limited and Project Director of Madina Wala’s Construction, Islamabad. He also delivers his services as Managing Partner of Madina Wala’s Construction, Karachi and Karim Housing Enterprises.

Mr. Aurangzaib Ali Naqvi (Director)

Mr. Aurangzaib Ali Naqvi, the Director of AKD REIT Management Company and currently he is serving as Chief Executive Officer in Oil & Gas Investments Limited. In his professional career he also served as Director of AKD Investments Management Company Ltd, and Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd. Moreover, he holds vast experience of Oil and Gas Sector, held various Positions in reputable companies including Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Union Texas Pakistan, Nuricon Union, and Petroleum Development Oman-shell.
